City of Morrison, Illinois

On April 30, 2024, Kevin "Rudy" Soenksen was sworn in by Mayor Scott Vandermyde as Chief of Police (pictured). Chief Soenksen was previously the Sergeant for MPD and brings over 20 years of experience to his new position. Corie Flack was also sworn in that day as a new officer (not pictured). Officer Flack brings over 10 years of experience to Morrison. The City of Morrison is excited to welcome and congratulate Officer Flack and Chief Soenksen!
