Inspiring life-long learning, Odell Public Library is a cultural and educational center for the people of Morrison and endeavors to meet the needs of the community of Morrison for education, enlightenment, public space, and entertainment of all ages. The library is a member of Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS).
