City of Morrison, Illinois

Starting the week of March 18th, the City of Morrison Water Dept. will start conducting its spring hydrant flushing. Hydrant flushing is necessary to ensure that the water mains are clean and the water is properly chlorinated. This may cause the water to have a rusty iron look to it in some instances. Residents are asked to run water for a short while to clear out any discolored water, especially before doing laundry. If you have any questions please call City Hall at 815-772-7657.
