ROAD CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
PARDON OUR PROGRESS!
On June 26th, work will begin on IL RT 78 South within Morrison (from Railroad Tracks to French Creek Park). IL RT 78 South will be closed with some local traffic allowed.
The work being done is a project of the City of Morrison to replace the watermain. The Illinois Department of Transportation will then begin reconstructing IL RT 78 South in Morrison which is now being planned for spring 2024.
This project is being completed by Fischer Excavating Inc., Freeport IL.
Expected completion is approximately 180 days.
